What a year! 📆 2024 has been GROW's biggest year yet - we've hit some major milestones in our mission of transforming the financial services industry, and in doing so we've had the pleasure of welcoming so many amazing new GROW-getters to the team 💙 This year we received over 25,000 applications, conducted almost 2,400 interviews, hired 171 new GROW-getters and grew our team to over 300 people - a huge achievement from everyone involved! Thank you for being part of our journey, and we can't wait to see what 2025 brings 💥

We are proud to have been recognised at the Procurement Success Awards in Shanghai last week. Huge congratulations to our team, led by Ting Lim, alongside our amazing partners Vertice for being awarded the IT Procurement Award!
If you’re an exceptional problem solver with the ability to visualise a path to execution and have courage, you’ll be lucky enough in your career to work for a company like GROW Inc to be able to build something from scratch. This time last year, I had the idea to set up GROW Inc’s first procurement function. The desire to drive greater value in engagements, better contract terms, visibility and accountability were success outcomes I wanted to achieve. With limited resourcing, we had to be innovative in the way we got results. In March 2024, we partnered with Vertice and in a short period of time were able to drive better outcomes reflected in the overall dollar savings as well as the quality of vendor engagements. Fast forward to the end of the 2024, I’m proud that the Vertice and GROW Inc partnership was recognised at the Procurement Success Awards in Shanghai last week. We were awarded the IT Procurement Award. 🎉 I’m very proud of the results achieved by our tiny team Bonny Murchison and David Court. Can’t wait to see what our partnership can achieve in 2025. Special mention to David Arnold for the guidance and the extra, occasional dose of courage.
