Her advocacy for women's rights and inclusivity, both locally and nationally, have been exemplary, including introducing paid parental leave at RobertsDay before it was legislated. This initiative not only supported women in their personal lives but also set a precedent for other organisations to follow.   Through mentorship and the facilitation of continuous learning opportunities, Cath has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to providing equal opportunities for all within the workplace. We are committed to working alongside Government and our partners to take up the opportunities offered by State and Federal Government funding and policy change announcements. Hatch has decades of experience in supporting the planning, design and development of thriving urban communities globally. We partner and work with the private sector (investors, developers), for purpose organisations (Community Housing Operators) and Government (National, State and Local Government) to deliver award winning developments. We are committed to delivering not just accessible, affordable housing but communities that can thrive within their neighbourhoods supported by accessible, affordable transport, social and community infrastructure and access to high-quality livelihood opportunities. We advocate for inclusive neighbourhoods that foster a sense of belonging and inclusiveness and challenge the stereotype that there are housing typologies or neighbourhoods ‘for’ specific groups of people. We are proud of the many projects in 2023 we undertook to support our partners in delivering housing for everyone. We look forward to continuing this work in 2024.
