We require multiple drivers for an immediate start, and you must be HC licence holders with experience in driving road trains and truck and dog combinations. Preferably, you will have your Standard 11 and a Coal Board Medical, but you must be willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing. Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Undertake bank reconciliation regularly and accurately. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing inquiries. Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end processes. Assist in developing and improving accounts receivable procedures. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel preferably experience with MYOB AccountRight. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
