  • Some days (most days), we pinch ourselves, somehow & someway, we've been able make sharing stories from across our Amazing ag sector our lifetime work! When we ask people why they are involved in Aussie agriculture, more often than not, the answer is it's because of the Humans*.  The thing we often struggle with is there's no one way or post that we could say 'yep that's Ag in a nutshell' -  so we try and show little bits of it allllll the time! We are so lucky that our work takes us across Australia, getting to know people who just go about doing extraordinary things as part of their ordinary days. Sharing our friends with you and meeting new ones along the way. A day, a week, a year, a lifetime - Agriculture is always changing..  It's this beautiful mix of rich history and tradition, with cutting edge innovations. Always Progressing. Where the wisdom of elder generations partnered with the energy and enthusiasm of the next generation can do extraordinary things. This is Aussie Ag! Happy National Ag Day. *we said Humans - some say people. Tomato Tomato, Potato Potato. You know Ya know.  A few shots from our recent work across NSW with even only the slightest glimpse into some of the amazing things happening across the NSW Dairy Industry from amazing cheeses, family farms, robotic dairies and elite athletes all utilising the dairy industry to be their best.

  • "I decided to get out of it altogether for a while" Scotty Bremner's career in #Agriculture started in the mailroom in Sydney for one of the largest pastoral houses; he'd spend more than half his career working for them and various other businesses before exiting agriculture altogether and moving to Fiji. This week Tom and Michael are sitting down with Scotty Bremner from McCulloch Agencies, they've had some cracking chats as part of their #MonthlyMarkets Segment but this week is something deeper. It still has their trademark wit and humour, market insights and analysis and brings in the human side of what makes #AussieAgriculture so special - the friendships, the stories, the travels and the opportunities. You can find this one wherever you get your favourite podcasts! https://lnkd.in/gYS_n_3d

  • What do people expect from the Dairy industry? James McRae's family have been farming the same land for generations, they're continually learning and evolving. They know that it's important to care for their environment, that they responsibly use water, that their animals are well cared for, and that they are looking at ways to reduce their emissions. Such a privilege to get to spend time with James and his family. Dairy Australia NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development

  • Uncertainty is daunting and any business leader knows its so important to reduce the number of variables that are out of your control. For farmers, that list can go on and on.... In the little town of Tilba, Erica knew they needed to have more control and security around their future beyond their most important role, being dairy farmers. So they began processing their milk then came cheese and well - what could be next?!  Check out the video in full on our YouTube Channel: 'Humans of Agriculture'

  • In the little township of Tilba, Dairy Farming has been helping drive the local economy for generations. Today, Erica Dibden and the team at Tilba Real Dairy plays a vital role in the local economy. 🥛 Employing 30 people across the Farm and Factory 🚛 Their products are sold across the broader NSW Coastal area 💰 Tilba Dairy is crucial in attracting tourists and travellers to Tilba #Partnership: We've been working with the NSW Government, Dairy NSW, and Dairy Australia to gain first-hand insight into the Australian Dairy Industry and share these stories with our audiences and more broadly.

  • To kick off episode one of our latest series we are sitting down with Darren Thomas, Group Managing Director of Thomas Foods International. Across the series we're showcasing various stories of South Australian's who have faced significant adversity, embraced opportunity, planned for the future and are shaping a more vibrant and prosperous future for their businesses, communities and the industry. It's our hope that through sharing these stories and promoting the Livestock SA AgRi-Silience program we can see an improvement in strategic planning, confidence and long-term resilience for businesses.
