At Industry Partners Australia we firmly believe in creating a community of professionals to improve the future of Australian Industry. One of our community, CHEP, kindly opened the doors to their state-of-the-art Redbank facility today. Led by Jess Rasmussen and Ben McAteer, a cross section of our IPA membership were treated to an end-to-end tour of this highly automated site. Using robotics, advanced inspection and integrated pallet tracking technologies, we were shown how pallets are rejuvenated to near-new condition. There was something for everyone – Distribution Managers, Technical experts and warehouse and production staff all took something valuable from the tour. A big thanks to Jess and Ben for the tour and your valuable time. Thanks also to CCEP, SSI-Schaefer, Bayer Cropscience, Mauri, Century Yuasa Batteries, Glencore Technology, Priestlys Gourmet Delights, Integria Healthcare and Patties Food Group for your participation. #automation #stateoftheart #Networking #networkingevents #industrypartnersaustralia #sharingknowledge #industryevents

It is great to see people connecting. On 21st November, Industry Partners Australia hosted our Senior Leaders Dinner in Sydney, bringing our membership community together to celebrate a busy and successful year! Our members enjoyed an evening full of engaging conversations, valuable insights, and a chance to connect with peers from various industries. We were delighted to have Andy Rylance from Etex as our keynote speaker, who shared his expertise on Business Improvement, offering fresh perspectives that our members can bring back to their teams. Thank you to Andy and to everyone who joined us for a special night of learning and connection. "Building strong business connections is not just about networking—it's about sharing knowledge, sparking ideas, and creating opportunities for growth." We believe that our events are the perfect way to step out of the everyday routine, forge new relationships, and gain new insights from industry leaders. Looking forward to more moments like this in 2025! #Leadership #Networking #BusinessConnections #NSW #IndustryEvents #Community #IndustryPartnersAustralia

On 20th November, Industry Partners Australia held our Senior Leaders Dinner in West End to celebrate the end of a very busy year for our growing community. Leaders from across our Queensland membership base enjoyed mixing with their peers across sectors from Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Energy, FMCG, Pharma, Chemicals, Packaging and Supply Chain. We were honoured to have a fascinating presentation from Dr. Kelvin Ross at KJR who shared an overview of the growth and application of Ai. Among many things, we learned how sacred rock art is protected using drones and Ai, how feral animals are tracked and how to tell the difference between Chihuahua’s and muffins! Many thanks to Dr Ross and Graham Cummins for providing these fantastic insights. Our events are a great way to broaden your horizons and step outside the day to day. Celebrating a decade of partnership! We proudly recognize Austral Bricks NSW for 10 years of membership with Industry Partners Australia. Their dedication to excellence in manufacturing has set a high standard, and it's a pleasure to acknowledge their achievements with a special certificate of recognition. A big shout-out to Allen Jamba ,NSW Operations Manager, for his leadership and commitment to continuous improvement. Allen and his team of Plant Managers have made extensive use of their membership over the years, for themselves and their employees. They have consistently attended numerous events, including our Leadership Retreats and State Forums, demonstrating a strong commitment to growth and industry best practices. We frequently see them utilising our popular Evolve2 Leadership Program, focussing on building and strengthening the leadership capabilities within their businesses. Always being generous to give back to Australian industry, hosting a site tour of their new manufacturing plant for our members this year was a great opportunity to see firsthand the innovation and advancements of their operations. We would also like to acknowledge Allen's predecessor in NSW, Andrew Barham for his support in the early stages of this partnership. #Networking #networkingevents #industrypartnersaustralia #sharingknowledge #industryevents

At Industry Partners Australia, we are privileged to have a wide base of members who support the development of women in industry. In recognition of this, we run a bi-annual breakfast to enable sharing of ideas and inspiration. On Thursday 7th October, we were joined by 37 guests from 19 businesses to enjoy a fun morning and hear a keynote address from Rachael Armistead who carefully explained how to navigate the line between ‘serious business’ and ‘your right to play’. This is an acquired skill, but once mastered, will ensure that you get the job done and have fun doing it! A special shout out to Jessica Rasmussen who showed us how CHEP Redbank has gone from 0% to 29% female pallet repairers in their first 12 months. Too many people to call out individually, but thank you for making this such a great event.
