  • Delicious Zucchini Cake Recipe 🍰 Looking for a treat that's moist, flavorful, and a little bit healthy? This zucchini cake is the perfect choice! Here's how to whip it up: Ingredients: 🥚 3 small or 2 XL eggs (room temp) 🥛 ¾ cup milk (room temp) 🌾 2 cups flour ✨ 1 tsp each: baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon 🥄 ½ cup oil 🍬 ½ cup sugar 🍦 2 tsp vanilla extract 🥒 2 medium zucchinis (grated & squeezed to remove water) 🍫 1 cup chocolate chips Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2️⃣ Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well. 3️⃣ Pour the batter into a greased pan. 4️⃣ Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
