I'm privileged to be able to deliver ASIST training in Tassie, its one of the best things I do, that I know makes a real difference. ASIST is Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training. While this training offers skills for conversations we hope to never have, the skills learnt are core to providing support to friends or family in any difficult situation. Even if you don't end up needing to ask the suicide question, these skills are priceless.
