JustCo had the privilege of hosting Ambassador Eng Chuan Ong at the official unveiling of our first THE COLLECTIVE at GranTokyo South Tower. Despite starting our first centre in Tokyo barely 3 years ago, Founder and CEO Wan Sing KONG shared how Japan has become an important market in our portfolio. As our fifth centre in Tokyo, THE COLLECTIVE will continue to redefine the standards of luxury coworking as a sanctuary for great minds to converge. As societies worldwide navigate the challenges of an #ageingpopulation, ensuring that seniors remain active, engaged, and well-supported is more important than ever.    For the second consecutive, we've partnered Nam Hong Welfare Service Society for our #KindnessWorksForMe as a small gesture to supporting those who've helped built Singapore. As we concluded the Chinese New Year celebrations, we spent an evening with 300 seniors with festive food and activities.   We were honoured to have Mr. K. Shanmugam, Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law, join us for this special occasion. Together with our founder Wan Sing KONG distributed red packets and oranges, sharing festive blessings with the seniors.   Beyond the festivities, this event was a reminder of the simple yet powerful ways we can make a difference. A shared meal, a friendly conversation, or even a song can brighten someone's day and foster a stronger, more caring society.   A huge thank you to our JustCo community, the Nam Hong Welfare Service Society team, and everyone who contributed to making this event so meaningful. JustCo had the honour of collaborating with The Majurity Trust to design The Foundry. This meaningful project was led by our Workspace team in transforming the interior of the former Elections Department Building into a space for collective impact, where social impact organisations can collaborate, connect and build communities. Rooted in JustCo's design ethos of creating purpose-built spaces, every detail is meticulously put together to reimagine a space that feels like home for organisations to gather and collaborate. The space is imbued with a connection to place, with each area presenting a closed loop between design, people and place. From the hot-desking areas to the meeting rooms, office spaces and communal areas, every area is fit for purpose - providing organisations with access to networking opportunities and shared resources.
