⭐ Meet Dr. Tia Cummins, PhD – Clinical neuroscientist and co-founder of Flintworks, a digital health startup using virtual reality technology to treat complex mental health issues through exposure therapy — essentially placing people in difficult situations, safely, to aid their recovery. Flintworks was born from Tia's PhD research with Vietnam War veterans, and her three years in the British Army, where she first became interested in mental health as it relates to military service.
