The x3 full body days combine elements of: * Movement Prep/ Warm-Up - specifically around the foot/ankle, hips and mid back. * Plyometrics & Power - multi vector plyometrics for force output and timing. * Strength - key and accessory movements for both upper and lower body. * Resilience - targeted injury mitigation around key injury sites including calf, hamstring and shoulders. AFLW - Speed Recap Ella Heads After several weeks on intensive training, here’s a small insight into our final on field Max V focused session. Some of our focuses during this dense block of training were around some key technical areas: - System Stiffness (specifically around the ankle and hip) - Shank Control (minimising the leg extending forward front side and in turn flicking action back side) - Bounce (being more reactive with the ground - less searching) As always, programmed with Lumin Sports + the release of their additional parameters now including distance, absolutely perfect for any Speed or Conditioning prescriptions.
