Career pathways and the resources sector were hot topics when the Polly Farmer Foundation Students visited our Perth headquarters last week. Students from the South West Academy chatted with Monadelphous staff who shared the best career advice they’d received to date and heard about their career journeys. The students participated in a three-day camp in Perth, meeting other Polly Farmer Foundation sponsors who showcased a range of industries and pathway opportunities available to pursue after high school. We’re proud to continue our partnership with the Polly Farmer Foundation and, as part of our Reconciliation Action Plan commitment to support First Nations students wanting to learn about employment pathways at Monadelphous and the industries where we work.
