It was an absolute pleasure to help coordinate the To Leap Program Graduation, which marked the culmination of an 18-week program designed to empower individuals to connect, build skills, and shape the future of their communities. The program featured weekly training workshops to develop valuable skills, mentoring support and guidance, access to grant funding for community-focused ideas. It was truly inspiring to see participants from the North Melbourne and Flemington Housing Estates and its vicinity come together, identify challenges in their community, and propose innovative, lasting solutions. Witnessing their journey and the positive impact of their efforts has been a deeply rewarding experience. Two Square Pegs konker malual City of Melbourne Andy Moutray-Read
