An Expression of Interest is now open for Narrabri CBD businesses and venues to be part of the CREATE 2025 ‘Dream’ installation trail - connecting the NarraBRIGHT and CREATE festival precincts as one. 🤩 🎨 Inspiring installations and artworks by local artists will be paired with iconic venues and businesses located within a short stroll of the CREATE festival hub, along Maitland Street. 🗓️ The Dream Installation Trail will run from Friday, 28 February until Saturday, 15 March 2025. 🚧 CULGOORA ROAD CLOSURE 🚧 Culgoora Road will be closed from Monday, 13 January for approximately 8 weeks to allow for the replacement of the floodway at Nuable Creek. Road users are recommended to use Yarrie Lake Road or Kamilaroi Highway to travel between Narrabri and Wee Waa during this time. Residents should have received a letter outlining further details regarding access to and from your properties during this time. Narrabri Shire’s highly anticipated and much-loved NarraBRIGHT all-of-community street party will be held on Friday, 14 March from 6.00pm to 11.00pm. 🙌 This year's event will include light projection, live music, late night shopping, street food stalls, performers, kids’ activity zones, art workshops and many more surprises! 🤩 Council is encouraging local community groups, CBD businesses, local artists, stall holders and food vendors to complete an expression of interest for NarraBRIGHT 2025. How to get involved: 👉 CBD businesses: Join the party with a window display, late night shopping or special activity. Complete the application to receive your free activation kit! 👉 Community groups and stall holders: A small number of market sites are available to promote your services or local products. Be quick.
