Bringing with her a solid background in PR and influencer marketing, Tahneika joins us from Go-To Skincare, where she led end-to-end-influencer campaigns, UGC strategy, and gifting across two key markets. Throughout her career, she’s operated across four regions: Australia, New Zealand, the U.S., and Europe. Bringing valuable insights into what brands look for when engaging talent and crafting campaigns with an ROI-driven focus both locally and internationally. Her shift to agency side is supported by a well-rounded expertise in relationship building, brand perspective, and an understanding of integrated marketing approaches. Gabby’s career began at The Fashion Institute, where she immersed herself in the world of PR & E-Commerce through essential hands-on internships. These early experiences ignited her passion for the industry, fashion and influencer marketing and set the stage for her continued success. In her most recent role as a PR Representative at Princess Polly, Gabby played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s influencer strategy and managing high-impact campaigns. She also led influencer and agency partnerships, developed community-driven content strategies, and drove engagement across multiple social platforms. Her ability to balance creativity with results has driven measurable growth and provided her with valuable insights into both brand and influencer perspectives. We are thrilled to share that two of our incredible dreamers have been selected as finalists for the 2024 AiMCO Awards from the hundreds of entries submitted! In the past month alone, Tom has launched the Prime Train App, offering his followers a complete gym program and nutrition plan which ranked in the top 10 of downloaded apps in the App store—all while prepping for the Queenstown Marathon. At One Daydream, we thrive on innovative partnerships that drive results for the brands our talent work with. We had the pleasure of working with Peppermayo to launch their stunning ‘Blume’ collection, spearheaded by our talent manager Claudia Hanna who worked closely with the brand to create an intimate dinner with ODd Talent. Claudia organised a dinner at a private venue and invited 14 of our talented creators, all wearing pieces from the Blume collection that best spoke to their unique style. Making this event truly special was the decision to have our talented creators not just attend, but to host the event and share content live as it unfolded with their audience. Our talent Mitch Greer and Jasmine Tavares took the reins as hosts, creating an engaging and approachable atmosphere for guests to learn about the Blume collection and Peppermayo as a brand that encouraged authentic interactions and talking points for our creators to share with their audience. Our talent shared real-time content on TikTok and Instagram, providing their followers with a behind-the-scenes look at the event and showcasing the collection in an organic way. By developing a stunning backdrop with a photographer to capture and share content of guests wearing pieces from Blume, we optimised the content being cohesive and consistent across the creators posts to provide a distinct ‘look’ to the Blume content. We were able to deliver an impressive projected reach surpassing 2 million across Instagram & TikTok, this campaign not only amplified brand visibility for Peppermayo to our creator’s audiences, but also provided on-brand content that was live-posted from the event. Concepting and executing events like this bring so much excitement and passion to the team and our talent.
