Most companies have a "tech freeze" 🥶 in December, but not #OPEX! We decided to finish the year strong 💪 by releasing LOTS of awesome features 🚀, including: ✅ Place 'additional documents' anywhere in your contract by just dragging them around ✅ Automatic reminder emails to purchasers on unsigned contracts ✅ New contract "Action Bar" at the top of contracts (instead of under the status panel) ✅ The ability to specify if a project "type" as either apartments or land ✅ New "Lot" fields depending on the project type ✅ The status panel is now called "History" and contains lots more information ✅ You can control if Agent users an return contracts to draft or not ✅ Added a new purchaser "Date of Birth" merge field ✅ ...and more! Mirvac has commenced construction on the $400-million Trielle tower in Melbourne’s Docklands, set to be the tallest in the Yarra’s Edge precinct with 191 luxury apartments, eco-friendly features, and premium amenities. Over 100 units have sold, targeting downsizers and empty nesters, with completion slated for 2027. This marks part of Mirvac’s broader Victorian expansion strategy. Sherpa Property Group has proposed an 18-storey mixed-use tower, Flourish on Sixth, in Palm Beach, following a court ruling supporting taller developments. The project includes 125 apartments, rooftop amenities, and a ground-floor commercial space, exceeding the area's mapped height limits. This follows a similar decision allowing S. & S.
