We had lots of fun a few weeks ago working with the legends at Oatly to keep the AltProteins conference attendees caffeinated 💚☕️ It was an incredible event filled with discussions about the future of sustainable food systems and the role of alternative proteins. We were thrilled to fuel these important conversations with our Golden Rule Espresso Blend, while exploring pathways to a more sustainable food future.

We’re incredibly proud to announce that our our Good Coffee Doing Good partnership with Agency Projects and Numbulwar Numburindi Arts Centre raised an impressive $22,232. This partnership highlighted the Numbulwar Numburindi Arts Centre in South-East Arnhem and their innovative efforts to address the global issue of ghost nets. Through the funds we’ve raised, Numbulwar were able to host a series of workshops which allowed artists to explore new avenues for the use of ghost nets in their fibre art practice which expands their skills and opens up new career opportunities. We are deeply grateful to Agency, Numbulwar Numburundi Arts, and all our cafe partners and retail customers who supported this initiative by purchasing our Golden Rule Espresso Blend. “We have an amazing relationship with Padre Coffee.” Located in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, Cut Lunch Deli takes pride of place on Clovelly Road. Owner and chef, Libby, wanted to create a welcoming space for the local community that had delicious food and good coffee. Cut Lunch Deli is a deli-style sandwich shop serving up seasonal, fresh sandwiches, and daily baked goods. From the beginning, Libby and her team aimed to stand out not just for their sandwiches, but also for providing a specialty coffee experience. Now renowned in the area for their coffee, the team has expanded their offerings to include two espresso options, cold brew, batch brew, and a wide selection of retail coffee. You can visit Cut Lunch Deli at 220 Clovelly Rd, Randwick NSW - open 7 days a week and now serving Padre Coffee.

Last night, we had the pleasure of joining StreetSmart Australia’s CafeSmart panel at La Marzocco Australia. Our Victorian Account Manager, Beau Badinski, shared how our Good Coffee Doing Good program leverages coffee as a force for good, supporting both our local and global coffee communities. We're excited to be part of this year’s CafeSmart initiative. On Friday, August 16th, $1 from each coffee sold at all Padre locations will be donated to grassroots organisations in our local areas to help combat homelessness. We’re thrilled to be working alongside StreetSmart as our current GCDG partner, and supporting their incredible CafeSmart initiative this August. “Partnering with someone that shares our values is very important.” With over 15 years experience in the coffee industry, Veronica knew what she was looking for when it came to choosing a coffee supplier. Now proudly serving the local Bulli community, a small suburb in a pocket of the Illawarra, Park Road Garage has a strong focus on sustainability, seasonality, community and hospitality. Their sun-filled courtyard is the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious coffee and a dish off their menu of seasonal, fresh brunch options. With over 15 years experience in the coffee industry, Veronica has brought her wealth of coffee knowledge to Park Road Garage. She’s leading the charge on broadening the coffee section to include not only espresso blends, but a rotating selection of our single origin filter and espresso roasts. You can visit Park Road Garage at 233 Princes Hwy, Bulli NSW 2516, open 7 days a week.

We love partnering with passionate people, which is why we’re so proud to be joining forces with the team at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. MCEC strongly believes in working with local suppliers and shares our commitment to community, sustainability, and collaboration. We’re proud to be working with MCEC and helping them realise their vision of bringing the best of Melbourne to their audience. One of the most exciting aspects of the partnership is the opportunity for Padre Coffee to be a part of the visitor experience at MCEC. Whether it’s catching up with a friend over a flat white at Goldfields or an espresso break between sessions at Plenary, we’re excited to be a part of whatever brings visitors to the centre. Padre Coffee is now being served across MCEC’s on-site cafes and catered events.
