PROJECT UPDATE || We're in the final stages of completing the carparking upgrades at Riverton Forum Shopping Centre for our new client Elanor Investors Group. The 5 shade sails structures covering 86 car bays is now complete with a focus on installing and commissioning the remaining lighting throughout towards completion early December. We're looking forward to the continue partnership with Elanor Investors Group and Pivot Project Consulting Services in 2025 delivering retail asset upgrades at Riverton Forum Shopping Centre. PROJECT AWARD || The final stage of $8m ECI Butler Boulevard Retail Centre design development is underway, confirmed to be a Repco Showroom. Repco will be relocating into a larger format store 1250m2 with 36 bay ongrade carparks. PROJECT AWARD || We are pleased to announce that AGEM Property Group have appointed Pitts Design and Construction as the preferred builder for the design and construction of their Bayswater Retail Commercial Centre, under an ECI agreement.   Located on the corner of Guildford Road and Katanning Street in Bayswater, the 8,000 m2 site will be revitalised into a retail commercial centre, accommodating key tenants 7-Eleven, Starbucks Coffee and Hungry Jacks, in addition to a 1200m2 warehouse (currently available for lease).                                                                                                                                                                                                                        The project will be delivered in the following stages:   Stage 1:    Demolition of existing structures. Stage 2:    Western Power upgrades, including new transformer. Stage 3:    Infrastructure upgrades for increased vehicle movement.  Stage 4:    Construction of buildings.   Design Development is underway and we’re looking forward to providing updates as we progress towards the much-anticipated commencement of onsite construction later this year. Congratulations to our project team on the successful demolition and site remediation of EG Fuels Station Busselton. Persevering with unfavorable weather conditions and a challenging tidal water table during demolition, fuel infrastructure and tank removal, site remediation and handover was achieved on time. PROJECT UPDATE || Our design team are nearing completion on the recently awarded Riverton Forum Shopping Centre Carpark Upgrade project. Over multiple stages our team will deliver 2282m2 of shade sails to Woolworths Eastern Carpark complete with lighting, future proofed solar system options, minor carpark resurfacing and landscaping. Our Fit-out & Small Works division are looking forward to working with the team at Elanor Investors Group and Pivot Project Consulting Services towards delivering this project prior to peak Christmas trading operations.
