15 YEAR MILESTONE: Rhys Marden - Project Manager We are thrilled to celebrate a significant milestone for one of our esteemed team members, Rhys Marden, Project Manager at W&E PLATT PTY LTD who has recently achieved 15 years of dedicated service. Rhys began his journey with W&E Platt in 2009 as a Design Draftsman. Ascending through the ranks, Rhys embraced the role of Projects Manager in 2018 becoming an integral leader of our production team. Through the years, he has shown commitment to professional growth evident in his ongoing pursuit to develop and advance his skills with a Bachelor of Engineering Mechatronics at the University of Wollongong, along with a Diploma of Project Management from Engineering Australia. In his time as Project Manager, we have seen an increase in production rates by 437% to deliver quality products to our customers with an increase of 206% efficiency following the effects of COVID-19 on our workforce. Rhys has overseen the completion of over 1900 projects and, the delivery of 5000 PLATT weapon mounting systems to 30 countries. Rhys is a valued member of our team, and we are proud to have him as our Project Manager. We deeply appreciate his dedication, loyalty, and the significant contributions he has made to our company and our customers.
