Today, the Plus Eight team joined the buzzing startup community at Freo Startup Fest, part of the dynamic West Tech Fest lineup. 🌟 With an afternoon of inspiring talks, reverse pitches, and the much-loved Pitch Frenzy, the event showcased the incredible talent driving WA’s innovation ecosystem. The highlight? The Golden Ticket Pitch, where emerging startups who’ve completed programs at leading incubators and accelerators across WA this year competed for some amazing prizes. Among the participants was Cuddle Cup, the winning startup that recently graduated from our City of Perth Pre-Accelerator program! 🏆 Congratulations to Maggie Ciobanu, founder of Yoochooz, for winning the Entrepreneurial Award, securing themselves a spot in next year’s Plus Eight Accelerator Bootcamp!
