Six years ago, our FPSO Cidade de Campos dos Goytacazes MV29 reached its first oil. The start of this operation represented a new moment for MODEC. In its first year, the platform achieved an impressive 99.42% operational efficiency mark, becoming, to this day, an example for the entire fleet. During these six years, we had other significant milestones: 💡 First MODEC vessel to have its entire lighting project with LED lamps, generating lower energy consumption. 🌎 Recognized by the World Economic Forum, in 2020, as a global reference in the application of digital technologies in industrial facilities. 👍 To complete so many achievements, the vessel is also a reference in safety, operating during these six years without lost time incidents (LTI).  Congratulations to everyone for their commitment and to our FPSO Cidade de Campos dos Goytacazes MV29 on its sixth anniversary! #bemodec #offshore

History being made in Senegal! 📜 Our client Woodside Energy has announced that the FPSO Léopold Sédar Senghor achieved first oil. 🎉 The FPSO was constructed by MODEC and purchased by Woodside as operator of the Sangomar Field. It is the first offshore oil production facility in the history of Senegal. 🥇 🎤 “The achievement of First Oil is a testament to our relationship with Woodside and Senegal and our delivery of world class projects,” said Soichi Ide, President and CEO of MODEC Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) / Offshore Frontier Solutions in Singapore. We will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the FPSO. We are celebrating a significant milestone! 🥳 On May 2023, our FPSO Almirante Barroso MV32 reached its first oil. This giant of the sea has been a source of production records and great pride for us. 🛳 This is the fifth FPSO deployed in the Búzios field, and it is the first production unit chartered for the region. The Búzios field is located 180 km off the coast of Rio de Janeiro, in the "pre-salt" region of the Santos Basin, at a water depth of approximately 1,900 m. 🌊 The FPSO is capable of processing 150,000 barrels of crude oil per day, 212 million standard cubic feet of gas per day, 240,000 barrels of water injection per day, and has a minimum storage capacity of 1.4 million barrels of crude oil. 🛢 Our thanks to the teams whose dedication and commitment contributed to this successful year! 🤜🤛 :: Estamos celebramos um marco significativo! 🥳 Em maio de 2023, nosso FPSO Almirante Barroso MV32 alcançava o primeiro óleo.
