Do you have a system in place for generating reviews for your business? Google and Facebook reviews are one of the best ways to reinforce your business’s credibility year-round. If you don’t already, consider the following: - Set up an automated email to customers after an interaction to encourage them to leave you a review. - Incentivise reviews by running a content for a month where every reviewer goes in the draw to win something. - Reach out to loyal customers and clients directly. They’d be only too happy to rave about their experience. Clients trust clients, and nothing speaks louder than the experiences of those who’ve already chosen you.
