A realistic 9-5 Exit plan: 1) Sell something on LinkedIn. 2) Find people who want to Buy it. 3) Make it easy to deliver. The best thing you can sell? Your words. Why? Because everyone on LinkedIn needs words. Most of us write them ourselves. Some of us steal them from others. Some of us subcontract them to others. Guess what time poor people do? Yup. They get others to write thier words. This was the plan I had when I left my 9-5. 3+ years later Im holding a Masterclass in my own office sharing my story of how I built a ghostwriting business on LinkedIn. Looking to start a ghostwriting side hustle that could one day be your main hustle? Register here (for free) https://lnkd.in/gP7w45WA See you Tomorrow!

"Dry views" are taking over LinkedIn. (AND WHY I THINK THIS IS A HUGE OPPORTUNITY) But first we need to answer 3 quick questions: 1) what are dry views? 2) why should you care? 3) and where's Waldo? I might not be able to answer all the questions but I have answers to 1 and 2. Answer 1: "Dry views" refers to when your post get's a whole lotta views but these views don't bring with them additional engagement. This is especially true for LinkedIn Video right now. Folks get hundreds of thousands of views but the engagement is pretty much the same as other videos. How could this be? Well there are many theories in the market. - LinkedIn is not counting the views properly - The impressions counter must be broken. - These are not real views. I don't believe any of that. I think there is a simpler reason: Your videos are being "artificially pushed" to more people because of the new feed. This is very different from your videos being "organically pulled" by the audience. In other words. Your views are not translating to engagement since you aren't "winning" these views because you created a great video. No Instead you are being "gifted" views by LinkedIn. You should thank LinkedIn for it. Instead of blaming them for not being able to convert those views into additional engagement. That's not LinkedIn's fault. That's your fault. So how did we fix this problem with our clients? Simple: We design the videos to be broadly applicable while strategically reminding the new viewers to engage. Results? 3000+ engagements on a video from a client that usually gets 300. Seriously the opportunity is bonkers right now. The masses have figured out video is getting a lot of views. But they haven't figured out how to convert those views into additional engagement yet.  Learn both and you'll be unstoppable 😎 P.S. Ya'll really fixed my typos yesterday so let's see if you can find one today 😅

We all want to be more creative but what does that ACTUALLY MEAN? Here's my formula for LinkedIn Creativity: (So you don't end up becoming vanilla) My recipe has 3 ingredients: 1. You need big balls. Without this you will never test anything new. Kinda like the creators that keep posting the same thing etc. Overtime it get's stale. 1. You need an understanding of the market. Without this you don't know what makes a post "new" Kinda like the creators that keep saying: "THE ONE SECRET TO XYZ" Relax Susan, That hook isn't gonna bait anyone smart. 1. You need self confidence. Without this you will be a slave to likes. Kinda like the creators that keep virtue signalling (kindness etc) OR You will become a people pleaser. If you can develop these three skills you'll be creative as fudge. Good news is: Anyone can work on any of these skills. Which one will you focus on?

The biggest opportunity on LinkedIn right now 👇 (Read and save this if you want to end 2024 strong) LinkedIn Video is going absolutely bonkers right now! I'm talking millions of views. (One of my clients is at 20 million for the month) But you already knew that. You already read my post about videos from 3 months ago... Plus everyone in the feed is talking about this now... So let's talk about what you don't know: No one really knows WHAT is blowing up.... Random videos are blowing up for no rhyme or reason. Or are they? (he he he evil laugh) See, I've been spending weeks to figure this out. And after 30 million client views (This month) I've cracked it: LinkedIn is playing it smart. Your videos don't go viral here because of: - The editing, - How good looking you are, - Massive audience engagement. Nahh. You see LinkedIn has a plan: They want a Tiktok style feed...BUT: They don't want Tiktok style content. So here's how you can blow up with video: 1) Talk from a place of EXPERTISE (This is key) LinkedIn calculates your expertise based on your profile (Read the pinned comment for details on how) 2) Give ADVICE that would help other professionals. This could be a tip from your industry. (Broad application = broad reach) 3) Share INSIGHTS that would bring people into your world This could be "A day in the life of" style vid. LinkedIn wants to showcase different professions Video is a massive opportunity right now. And I literally just gave you the recipe. You are welcome ✌️ P.S. I'll make a video out of the best comments from down here 👇

The 3 levels of "LinkedIn Money" (and the systems needed to make it) (You're going to want to save this for when you build your own LinkedIn business) We begin at the starter level: - You need an offer - You need attention. - You need to be able to receive payment. But the starter level is not a business yet. You need a few more systems to make it into a business This is where the Novice level comes in: - You need everything from starter AND: - You need ability to nurture leads (newsletter, etc) - You need a system to track prospects (I use Sales Nav) - You need a lead magnet to bring prospects into your world. But the Novice level won't take you past 6 figures. You need a few more systems to make it into the 7 figure club. This is where the Smarty pants level comes in: - You need everything from Novice AND - You need advanced email segmentation. - You need multiple automatic triggers to nurture every prospect in a personalised way. - You need an offer that progresses your clients into another offer. - You need partnerships (no one wins by themselves) The problem is: Everyone wants to be a Smarty pants but they aren't even at the starter level yet. Want help building this out? Hire someone else. I'm too busy at the moment. But ifff Want to hear my story on how I built my systems? Join me for a LIVE and FREE LinkedIn audio event in 7 hours. (Link in comments) CYAAAA. k Thanks Bye.

Look LinkedIn I get it. You don't want to be a "creator platform" - You've axed creator mode. - You've disowned the term "creator." - You've deleted the "LinkedIn for creators" page. - You've defunded the LinkedIn Creators program. But where has that landed you? We're now constantly bombarded with brain-dead content: Folks post a broad, viral, often irrelevant cheat sheet, and everyone copies it... The next day, a feel good illustration goes viral... So they copy that, and everyone starts posting it... Then, a lame platitude on a board goes viral... So they copy that, and everyone starts posting it... Next, 30 free courses go viral... So they copy that, and everyone starts posting it... Then, a cheaply edited platitude on a billboard goes viral... So they copy that, and everyone starts posting it... We went from a platform for creators... To a platform for regurgitators... Come on LinkedIn. Bring back the support for your creators. And while you are at it. Bring back Luke Matthews. Creators like him make LinkedIn fun. Creators like him make LinkedIn creative. Creators like him make LinkedIn entertaining. So please, Support your creators. (Instead of unfairly banning them) Because creativity takes courage. AND If you ban all the brave ones. You'll be left with a platform full of copycats.  P.S. Repost for Luke and tag LinkedIn so we can get him back ASAP! #bringbackluke

Men constantly outperform women. It's not even close in some scenarios. Here are some areas where men crush women statistically: - Suicide - ADHD diagnosis - Military fatalities - Porn consumption - Getting into prison - Not going to college - Overdosing on drugs - Dropping out of school - Not getting parental rights in divorce. - Failing in elementary, high school and college. June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month but no one really cares. Guys know this. No one is changing their social media banners or wearing t-shirts about it. As Chris Rock once said, "Only women, children, and dogs are loved unconditionally" "A man is only loved under the condition that he provide something." But here's other things that's are absolutely true. Men persevere. Men are strong. Men are needed. I know it can be tough. But you can do it brother. Reject society. Find a mission. Be a good friend. Love without fear. Never lose hope. 👊 But most of all. Keep pushing forward. The world needs you, man. P.S. below is a picture of me working security to keep pushing when I had lost everything. Hope it inspires you to keep pushing too.

Everyone on LinkedIn needs to share these 5 stories. (These will help you land clients and jobs) Look we all know "Stories sell" But you need to know 2 things: 1. What stories to tell. 2. How to tell them. So tell these 5 stories: 1. Your origin story (whotf are you and why are you here?) 2. Your transformation story (How did you become good?) 3. Your reflective story (What did the journey teach you?) 4. Your purpose story (Why are you doing this?) 5. Your client story (How did you help others?) Don't know how you can tell these? Use my friend Ash's 6P framework: 1. Protagonist: Who is this story about? 2. Present: Where does this story start? 3. Problem: What is the challenge they face? 4. Pit: What was the lowest point for them? 5. Progress: How did they get out of the pit? 6. Power: How did they regain their power? (Save this for whenever you decide to actually do it) Until then just remember... People don't buy rationally. They buy because they can relate. Tell your story homie. Cos If you won't, who will? P.S. Checkout my pinned comment to see the stories you SHOULD NOT SHARE....

LinkedIn Trends everyone needs to know 👇 My Team and I spend countless hours analysing LinkedIn. Here's where the platform is headed: 1. It's become harder to go viral unless you have "expert positioning" This is because LinkedIn is shifting towards boosting "expert insights" over shock value viral content. (As publicly stated by them) 2. Videos are seeing some of the HIGHEST out of network distribution at the moment. If you want your content shown to the most number of NEW PEOPLE then please make videos talking about YOUR EXPERTISE. You'll get new followers from outside your network because your video will be shown on the new video feed. 3. Cheat sheets are slowing down. Follower adjusted engagement on cheat sheets is slowing down steadily. I suspect the audience is tired of seeing the same cheat sheets 3 times a day. Do you want me to do a free event and share all the details around these insights and how you can leverage them? Let me know down below and ill link you ❤️

My clients making $115,000+ Per month: "I think I'm stuck" "I've been sick due to stress" "I've been so busy I've had no time for family" My electrician in Pakistan Making $1100 per month: "Thank God I have work" "I love teaching my kids business" "We do this as a family so we enjoy it" Remember: Success isn't a revenue number. It's a frame of mind. Otherwise, You might end up so poor that all you've got is money. P.S. What's your WHY?
