Leading national electrical, instrumentation, communications and maintenance services group

About us

Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Limited (‘the SCEE Group’) was founded in 1978 and listed in 2007 (ASX:SXE). Over that time we have grown to be a leading national electrical, instrumentation, communications and maintenance services group of businesses. The acquisitions of Datatel in 2016, Heyday in 2017 and the Trivantage Group, which includes the businesses of S.J. Electric, SEME Solutions and Trivantage Manufacturing, in 2020, and MDE Group in 2024 means the SCEE Group is now diversified across three broad sectors of infrastructure, commercial and resources. Our operations are characterised by strong safety, technical and project delivery performance whether in capital and major cities, regional towns or remote and challenging locations. We work in an industry that is constantly evolving and where technology and innovation are essential to designing and delivering solutions that enhance our clients’ businesses. We recognise that long-term meaningful relationships with clients, partners and suppliers are fundamental to our success, and we work to build mutually beneficial relationships in all locations where we operate.

Last week, Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Limited’s Board of Directors visited Synergy’s Collie Battery Energy Storage System (“BESS”) site to observe progress on the project. This significant infrastructure development is an important part of Western Australia’s energy transition, and the Board were pleased to note that progress is firmly on track as the project reaches peak levels of activity.   The commitment of the SCEE Electrical team, along with the coordinated efforts of all stakeholders, was particularly noted and the Board looks forward to maintaining this momentum as SCEE Electrical enables the growth of the renewable energy sector. #SceeGroup #SceeElectrical #Synergy #RenewableEnergy
