The team is back from a well-deserved break and straight back into action at the Fives Hotel and Apartment project in Cockburn Central. With the first concrete pour for 2025 and new projects in the pipeline, it’s shaping up to be an exciting year ahead!

Thanks to our amazing team who we universally agree were in fine form last week for the installation of all our ground floor pre cast panels which ran super smoothly and to program. Well Done!

Exciting progress on the Modele Residences project in Como—our crane has officially been removed! This marks a significant milestone as we transition into the final stages of construction. With the exterior structure nearing completion, focus now shifts to the detailed interiors designed with style, comfort, and luxury in mind.

Coming soon to Burswood, Hawthorne Green is a 19-level development that combines luxury living with central convenience. This project will offer 107 contemporary apartments, 12 townhouses, and 187 sqm of commercial space. Key features include secure parking, electronic access, a gymnasium, and a recreational lounge.
