KIMPTON MARGOT SYDNEY Kimpton Margot is a stunning addition to FPOV’s hospitality portfolio, showcasing the brand's commitment to preserving historic architecture while infusing it with modern flair. Nestled on the vibrant south corner of Pitt Street, this Art Deco gem has been beautifully renovated with the help of Stack Studio to highlight its unique character. The project focused on maintaining the building's architectural integrity while incorporating signature Kimpton design elements. Custom luminaires and restored ceiling lighting pay homage to the Art Deco roots of the structure, adding to its charm and elegance. The arrival experience sets the tone with a refined reception and lobby featuring elegant lighting and sophisticated artwork. Spread across four guest room levels, the 86 rooms blend a subtle residential ambiance with upscale hotel service.
