I am pleased to share that Central Pier Pty Ltd and Atlantic Group V have successfully reached an agreement with Development Victoria this afternoon regarding the closure of Docklands Central Pier in August 2019. This resolution stems from constructive discussions between both parties, eliminating the need for the Federal Court hearing scheduled for this morning.   I’d like to thank everyone for their unwavering support. It’s been a challenging number of years for all involved and we are so incredibly grateful for the care and commitment from our families, friends, staff, stakeholders and local community supporters.   Special thanks to my previous partners at Central Pier, Tony and Peter Schiavello for their trust and guidance as we persevered towards a resolution.
