Copilot success depends on changing daily habits, not mastering the technical aspects to start with. I often get asked, this simple question. "Where do we event start?" Well, here is a simple answer 👇

I interviewed Abram for a second time, and he built me an agent, a Copilot Agent called Daniel-AI-nderson After years and years of doing things the same way, we become a little blind to opportunities for transformation. Abram revealed it takes about 10 hours of hands-on experience before everything "clicks." That's a lot longer than the typical 2-minute tutorial we're used to. But here's why it matters. The biggest challenge isn't learning new tools - it's recognizing when and how to transform our existing processes. As Abram puts it: "We have to be pretty intentional about doing so." His approach? He treats each project like a continuous conversation, bringing in different capabilities aka agents as needed. The power here though is that everything builds on previous context, making each interaction smarter and more personalised. The results? Tasks that once seemed overwhelming become manageable. Processes that took hours shrink to minutes. But only if you're willing to embrace a new way of working, change your behaviors and mindset. The more I talk with Abram the more it reiterates the fact that success isn't about learning commands or following rigid steps. It's about constantly asking: "Could this process be better?"
