  • 🌍 Human Solidarity Day: Championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion 🌍 At The Cultural Intelligence Project, we believe that solidarity is the cornerstone of a just, inclusive, and sustainable world. On Human Solidarity Day, we come together to recognize our shared responsibility to support each other—especially the First Peoples—as we work towards equity and empowerment in the business world. Human Solidarity Day reminds us of the importance of global cooperation in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in the areas of poverty eradication and cultural inclusion. It’s about building bridges, respecting our differences, and acting in unison for a more equitable future. Why Solidarity Matters: 🤝 Celebrating Cultural Diversity: Embracing the richness of cultures, especially Indigenous voices, in business and society. 🌱 Supporting First Peoples: Redefining the role of culture in business and prioritizing Indigenous empowerment. 📢 Raising Awareness: Highlighting the need for cultural intelligence in fostering meaningful, impactful relationships. 💡 Encouraging Action: Driving conversations and initiatives that eradicate poverty and inequality through solidarity. This day calls us to reflect on how cultural intelligence can drive positive social change. Let’s stand together—celebrating our differences and working toward a more inclusive and equitable world for all. Join us in the journey to empower people and businesses alike with the strength of solidarity and cultural intelligence. #HumanSolidarityDay #CulturalIntelligence #DEI #IndigenousEmpowerment #GlobalCooperation #CulturalDiversity #EquityAndInclusion #TCIP #BusinessForChange #SustainableFuture

There’s something truly magical about watching nature reclaim its strength. The Climate Friendly team all came together on Guringai   Country at the end of 2024 to celebrate our shared achievements, connect with each other and continue our cultural learning journey. We had the pleasure of a special experience with Operation Crayweed, in combination with the See The Weed program. This started with a grounding Aboriginal ceremony, followed by an opportunity to connect with nature and snorkel in the restored crayweed forests of Sydney’s coast.     Crayweed (Phyllospora comosa) once thrived on Sydney’s reefs, creating lush underwater forests. But when it disappeared in the 1980s, so did much of the delicate ecosystem that depended on it. Now, vital work is being undertaken, drawing on important Indigenous knowledge, to restore these important habitats which support over 250 epifauna and breathe life back into our oceans.     Thanks to Brenden Newton and Arthur Little for sharing this cultural and nature learning journey with the Climate Friendly team. Such a wonderful way to close out 2024, and we look forward to walking together to expand our impact! #NatureRepair #ClimateAction #Reconciliation

🏉 It's time for the AFL to back the Peek Rule, with Cultural iQ 🏉 The PEEK rule was designed to address vilification and protect cultural safety across all aspects of the game. But we believe this is just the beginning. As proud nieces of the late Tony Peek, founders of The Cultural Intelligence Project and creators of the First Nations-owned Cultural iQ e-learning platform, the Peek sisters are carrying on their uncle's legacy. They're ensuring cultural workplace safety remains a priority for Indigenous employees, and now the AFL can go further to support their mission. Cultural iQ offers comprehensive courses—Foundations of Cultural Competence and Advanced Cultural Competence & Practical Application—that can help the AFL enhance its cultural understanding, foster inclusive environments, and ensure the safety of Indigenous players, staff, and the wider football community. 🌟 The call to action is clear🌟: AFL, it's time to lead by example. Let’s make Cultural iQ available to all staff, players, and associated leagues. Together, we can build a game that stands up against racism and champions true inclusion. #PeekRule #CulturalCompetence #CulturalSafety #AFL #CulturalIQ #InclusionMatters #BreakingBarriers Find out more: www.culturaliq.com.au Cultural iQ powered by The Cultural Intelligence Project Pty Ltd
