Formed in 1981 and has many years of combined experience in the Fire Protection Industry providing installation and maintenance of fire systems for a range of clientele. We specialise in the installation & maintenance of fire protection systems in health, education, retail, commercial & industrial premises throughout the state of Victoria. We provide a 24 hour service. The importance of a correctly installed and maintained fire system cannot be underestimated. Our highly experienced and skilled team are accredited with many of the leading fire equipment manufacturers. As a wholly Australian & privately owned company we are proud of our development into a highly respected specialist company with a strong reputation in the fire protection industry.   • Due to our ongoing growth, Thermal Fire Protection are looking for a skilled Fire service technician. Ideally based in the east or southeast, the role included inspection and testing of fire The role includes the following works to fire systems: Testing and maintenance of essential safety measures including but not limited to: Fire detection and alarm systems Building occupant warning systems Special hazard systems and gaseous suppression systems Emergency and exit lighting systems Identifying compliance issues in existing systems Maintaining asset registers within our software system Minor building works and system modifications Equipment servicing and repairs Fault finding and diagnosis Installation works for minor projects Seeking opportunity to provide improvement to existing systems Completion of compliance documentation Continuously improving our systems and standards to increase efficiency Fire systems programming when required Out of hours works when required   What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking individuals who embody the following qualities: Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and strive for excellence.
