Since 2022, we have been working with BackTrack Youth Works — an incredible organisation supporting young people having it tough, to develop healthy foundations for positive life pathways in regional areas. We recently received the Impact Report for Third.i on Back Track YouthWorks, and we're proud to share what has been achieved. Our very own Luke Mahaffey has been a key player, designing a significant upgrade to the modest farmhouse on the property in Tenterfield, providing everyone who's staying comfort and respite. We did all of the architectural work and got the required planning and construction approvals to enable works on site to commence. Works are now well underway and taking shape, it's due for completion early next year! Additionally, in 2023 our team ran the City2Surf, raising over $3,000 for Backtrack. We are enormously proud to be supporting the work they do! We'd love to see more fellow businesses to get on board and support an incredible cause like this one. It’s with great excitement that we announce we have received consent from Sydney Metro for our amended plans for Stage 2 at Hume Place, which will see 15% of the site dedicated in kind and in perpetuity to affordable housing for key and essential workers. This decision by Sydney Metro marks a significant step forward for Sydney’s frontline health workers who are struggling to find an affordable home close to where they work. The remainder of Stage 2 will consist of build-to-rent with incredible amenity and unrivalled connectvity. A massive thank you to Sydney Metro for supporting our vision for the Crows Nest Masterplan. We look forward to replicating the success of Crows Nest at other transport oriented precincts to deliver a diverse range of much-needed housing!

An incredibly motivating and successful evening last night at our Women in Property event!
