🚨 The Speewah Fluorite Project awarded Major Project Status!🚨 We're thrilled to announce that the Speewah Fluorite Project in the East Kimberley has been awarded MPS by the Hon. Ed Husic MP, Minister for Industry and Science. This recognition highlights the national significance of the project and its alignment with Australia’s Critical Minerals and National Battery Strategies. Tivan is building a company of strategic importance across northern Australia. 🌍🔋

🎉 Huge News for Tivan: $7.4m Grant to Drive the Speewah Fluorite Project Forward! 🚀 We’re thrilled to announce we’ve been awarded a $7.4 million cash grant for our Speewah Fluorite Project under the Australian Government’s International Partnerships in Critical Minerals (IPCM) Program! This funding is a major boost as we move forward with our Feasibility and Definitive Feasibility Studies—key steps in bringing this project closer to reality. A special thank you to Minister King for her continued support of Tivan, and the successful award of this grant. We also extend our gratitude to partner Sumitomo Corporation for their support in the application process. The IPCM program is about strengthening international supply chains, and we’re excited to play our part in Australia’s growing role in the global critical minerals sector 💎 🌏

⭐ Important Milestone for Tivan at the Sandover Project ⭐ ✅ We're pleased to announce Tivan's first Mineral Exploration Deed secured with the Central Land Council (CLC) on behalf of Traditional Owners and Native Title Holders at the Dneiper tenement (EL33105), part of the Sandover Project. 📍 Dnieper is just 8kms from our recently acquired Sandover Fluorite Project, strengthening our commitment to local communities and engagement strategies. ⚒ We’re gearing up for exploration drilling at Sandover in December 2024, with support from EARTH AI and co-funding from the NT Government.

🚀 Exciting News from Tivan! 🚀 We are thrilled to announce we have signed a Binding Term Sheet for the acquisition of the Sandover Fluorite Project located just northeast of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory! 🌍 An area we know well, this project is located only 8km east of our existing Sandover Project, is highly prospective for high-grade fluorite (CaF2), with substantial mineralisation already identified ⚡ This strengthens our upstream fluorite exposure and aligns perfectly with our ongoing Speewah Fluorite Project in strategic alliance with Sumitomo Corporation 🇯🇵 We extend our thanks to the team at Investigator Resources for their dedication and collaboration as we worked through this complex deal process 🤝 🌟 Tune in to our AGM next week as Executive Chair Grant Wilson provides further context on this exciting acquisition, 28 November 2024! 📅
