Today, Trinity remains a family-owned company, led by Trevor's son, Ben Lloyd, and governed by our Advisory Board, delivering projects across education, social infrastructure, commercial workplace and government sectors. Our mission is clear: to deliver high-quality projects tailored to our clients' needs, with a focus on care and consideration for their operational requirements. From project inception to completion, we prioritise a client-first approach. By taking the time to understand your unique operational requirements, we engage in collaborative efforts to ensure that the project not only meets your immediate needs but also yields lasting benefits for you and the broader community. Our commitment to our clients is evident in our culture, embodied by five values steering our efforts: - Purpose: We are clear about how and what we will accomplish - Trust: We are honest and reliable - Collaboration: Our success is achieved by assisting others to succeed - Loyalty: We operate with the best interest of our stakeholders at heart - Knowledge: Action is useless without strong technical knowledge of what we are going to achieve together. We look forward to the opportunity to discuss how Trinity can contribute to the success of your upcoming projects and initiatives.

  • PROJECT COMPLETION | TAFE NSW Beauty Refresh & Upgrade, Haymarket We’re thrilled to share that the Beauty Refresh & Upgrade project at the TAFE NSW Haymarket campus is officially complete! Located on bustling George Street, Sydney, this renovation has transformed the space for both students and staff. Over the past six months, the Trinity Fitout and Construction team undertook an extensive renovation that involved five stages of demolition, critical services upgrades and fit-out of five state-of-the-art beauty studios. These newly upgraded facilities not only elevate the learning experience but also ensure that students are equipped with the latest tools and technologies for hands-on training in a modern environment. A special thank you to Oracle Projects and MCA Architects for their support throughout this project.

  • UNITED FOR SAFETY & COMMUNITY | PIF Hard Hat Day at Camden Civic Centre In support of National Safe Work Month this October, Trinity Fitout and Construction proudly partnered with the Property Industry Foundation to host a Hard Hat Day with two important goals: promoting workplace safety and raising essential awareness to support young Australians experiencing homelessness. SUPPORTING HOMELESS YOUTH | THE HAVEN HOUSE PROJECT We are incredibly grateful to be part of the Haven House Project, an impactful initiative by the Property Industry Foundation and Caretakers Cottage Inc., focused on creating safe and supportive spaces for homeless youth. Located in Sylvania, this project involves refurbishing the top floor of a three-storey building, expanding four bedrooms into seven to provide much-needed space. This transformation is set to make a real difference and it's all thanks to the wonderful generosity of our industry partners and subcontractors. We would especially like to thank Shane Barisa from ALD Expert Demo, Daniel Midghall from Blackrock Electrical and Murray Harris from Murray Harris Photography for donating their time, expertise and support in kicking off and documenting this important work. With everyone's collective efforts, we are on track to complete the project by the end of this year, just in time for an official opening before Christmas. A big thank you to the PIF team Penny Kaleta, Jessica Pollard, Stacey Vice, Shane Strong, Hugh Thomson, Cameron Gardiner for championing projects that give back to the community and provide vital resources for young people in need. Our Trinity Fitout and Construction team Benjamin Lloyd, Elizabeth De La Paz, Adam farrow, Ian Hoare and Cooper Chambers will be on the ground for the next 10 weeks completing a refurbishment of the top level of this building. It’s a privilege to be leading this project and to work alongside such a dedicated and compassionate group of people.

  • PROJECT COMPLETION | Macquarie Anglican Grammar School Adding to our portfolio of regional projects, we are thrilled to announce the completion of a brand-new school building for Macquarie Anglican Grammar School in Dubbo, NSW. The Anglican Schools Corporation entrusted Trinity Fitout and Construction with this exciting project to accommodate the school’s growing numbers and enhance its facilities. The 900m² cavity brick building provides the School with four GLAs and a staff room, all centered around a shared learning area. Operable walls and sliding doors create a collaborative learning environment, allowing the spaces to open up as needed. The new structure includes a large wrap-around verandah, aligning with The Anglican Schools Corporation design standards and regional aesthetics.
