A new addition to Frankston’s skyline is taking shape at 35 Playne Street. Designed by our studio and developed by Pitard Group Pty Ltd, the 15-storey mixed-use development will introduce modern apartments, office spaces and retail offerings to one of Frankston’s most well-connected streets. Aligned with Frankston City Council’s Metropolitan Activity Centre Structure Plan, the project supports a growing urban precinct while complementing the evolving character of the area.
