The VPA's 54th Annual General Meeting brought members together from across the state to report on the year’s activities, celebrate achievements, and highlight the impactful work of the association in 2024. Today's VPA Council meeting marked the final gathering for 2024, bringing together VPA Councillors and Board Members from across the state. These meetings are pivotal in fostering collaboration, discussing current Department of Education policies, sharing feedback with educational stakeholders, and strengthening connections among VPA representatives.   Today's agenda highlights include: 🔹 Melissa Clark, Assistant Deputy Secretary - Teaching, Learning, and School Performance, and Juliette Cox, Acting Executive Director of Curriculum and Teaching Practice, presenting on the Revised Victorian Teaching and Learning Model (VTLM) 2.0, Reading Position and Victorian Lesson Plans. 🔹 Andrew Dalgleish, VPA President, delivering his President's Report. 🔹 Tina King, President of the Australian Principals Federation, discussing the VGSA and APF positions. 🔹 A concluding presentation by our valued Gold Business Partner, Education Web Solutions (EWS).   We sincerely thank the VPA State Council for their tireless efforts and commitment throughout 2024.
