😁 Proud product moment for us at VOLI! Today we launched a new and improved dashboard for VOLI Measure, that significantly broadens our impact measurement capabilities. Pictured below is Cam Lee from Rock Agency, one of our first believers and customers. Rock were quickly approaching their B-Corp recertification and pointed out that whilst our impact dashboard did an excellent job of scaling, tracking and measuring employee impact, it struggled to capture all the additional ways they were contributing to charitable causes from a business perspective… something they required for B-Corp and annual reporting. Over the last month, we were able to take on their feedback to design, develop and deploy the required updates in time. As a result, businesses on VOLI Measure can now: 1. Report and visualise a wider range of impact activities using our new impact logging forms (think product give aways, corporate fundraisers, pro-bono work, discount to services, the list goes on..) 2.⁠ ⁠See both business led impact initiatives and employee led 3.⁠ ⁠Review, export and amend historical impact logged 4.⁠ ⁠Automatically see the societal value they have contributed across multiple ways of giving. ...and speaking of societal value, shoutout to the team at Rock Agency, who have contributed over $65k to 8 causes since March! “One of the people we spoke to was sleeping on the streets at night and then was studying criminology at university during the day” Last week VOLI hosted an impact day between our friends from DoorDash, We Are Mobilise & THISBOWL FISHBOWL. The aim of the day was for Doordash employees to have meaningful conversations with those sleeping on the streets. Fishbowl kindly donated 30 meals that were great ice breakers to start the conversations. Once the conversations started, we realised those sleeping on the streets are mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters. However most importantly, they are just like us. Stoked to be presenting at this years Volunteering Victoria State Conference this week. I'll be speaking about "Enabling New Ways of Volunteering and Engaging the Next Generation." Over the past year at VOLI, we've been dedicated to solving the engagement issue around volunteering. We've built and tested solutions to make volunteering more accessible, engaging and impactful for young people, and I’m excited to share how these solutions and learnings can be put into practice!
