  • We are proud to be part of the Women in Net-Zero Future Open Room at the Australia Wind Energy 2025. Our own Sarah Guilfoyle GAICD, Head of Stakeholder Relations, will share her insights on the panel 'Scaling Up: Practical Industry Considerations from Women at the Forefront of the Clean Energy Industry', highlighting the importance of diverse voices in shaping a sustainable future. Today, and every day, Voyager Renewables recognises and supports the vital role women have in Australia’s shift to clean energy. • While on the road speaking with landowners and local communities, we’ve heard many great questions about hosting a wind farm. To help, we've put together an FAQ booklet to answer them all in one place. This booklet covers everything from wind project development, design, and construction to operation and decommissioning, and also provides insights into community benefits and wind technology. Whether you’re considering hosting renewable energy infrastructure or are just curious about how it all works, it’s a great place to start. We’re committed to clear communication and building strong partnerships with landowners. If you have more questions, feel free to reach out—we’d love to hear from you! • At Voyager, we’re always excited to connect with talented, driven individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector. Meet Abbie Barker, an incredible intern on our Project Origination team whose passion for wind energy was sparked by growing up in windy Esperance, WA. Inspired by her hometown and currently studying Electrical Engineering, Abbie has brought incredible drive and talent to our team. "Working with Voyager has been an awesome experience. It’s been incredibly rewarding to apply what I’ve learned in my studies to meaningful work that aligns with my interests. I’m especially interested in how the grid operates and the role BESS plays in integrating renewable resources. What I’ve loved most is the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals who share my passion for increasing renewable energy in Australia." If you’re a student—or know someone—looking to gain valuable industry experience while contributing to clean energy projects, Voyager might just be the perfect fit. • Our team is kicking off the new year feeling refreshed and excited to continue working alongside local communities and landholders as we hit the road again.   We’re here to listen to what matters most to landowners and gather valuable insights to understand what benefits can be created in each location, as well as identify initiatives that will offer real, lasting value. We know that large-scale projects take time to develop and deliver, and we want to use that time to build meaningful relationships with local communities.   Our approach includes opportunities for input throughout the development process—whether it's project design, approvals, construction, or site rehabilitation. We aim to do more than just mitigate impacts; we focus on creating community benefit programs that provide ongoing social and economic value.   Discover more on our community page 👉 https://lnkd.in/gxSwNPBY #renewables #renewableenergyprojects #cleanenergy
