Earlier this week WSG introduced a Domestic and Family Violence Support Policy recognising that domestic and family violence has a serious impact on individuals in all aspects of their life including their place of work. The policy is designed to support any employee that may be experiencing this utilising a number of support mechanisms and dedicated trained employee resources.
