Amazing weekend in Perth, another exciting step in scaling Mobilise to WA. We got to visit our new charity partner, St Bart’s and meet our first WA Kickstarter participant, Hosea, as well as run an outreach with new volunteers, to connect with our friends on the street.  #wearemobilise #homelessness #perth

Excited to announce that Mobilise and St Bart’s are partnering up! Together, we’ll be able to make a difference to the lives of people experiencing homelessness in Perth. St Bart’s provides crisis and transitional accommodation, mental health support, aged care services, and long-term housing solutions to help people rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. Mobilise will provide Kickstarter bond & rent funding to St Bart’s clients that will help them move into long-term housing. Together, we can amplify St Bart’s housing and support services and create a stronger and faster pathway from the streets to stable housing, ensuring more people receive the help they need. St Bart’s COO Lena Hopkinson: “The partnership with Mobilise is transformative for the individuals we support. Big news! 🌟 Thanks to the Paul Ramsay Foundation’s $300k grant, we’re taking Mobilise Matched to the next level. With this funding, we’ll be able to evaluate our impact and continue to deliver effective outcomes. Our program, Mobilise Matched, gives individuals facing homelessness direct grants along with goal-setting support and financial counselling to help them achieve their life goals. We are pioneering “Direct cash transfers” as a method of support for Matched. They have been used widely in other countries but never in this context before in Australia. We are proving that if you give people money and autonomy they will be empowered to make their own decisions to build their life with, which gives them the best long-term outcomes. 💙 Let’s transform lives together! #wearemobilise #endhomelessness #socialimpact #directgiving

We are beyond excited to announce that Mobilise have been awarded funding from the Paul Ramsay Foundation, enabling us to evaluate our impact and continue to deliver effective outcomes! 🙌 With this support, we’ll be rigorously evaluating Mobilise Matched—Australia’s first direct cash transfer program for people facing homelessness. 💰🏡 We will be embarking on a multi-year project collecting real data, real insights, and creating long-term change.
