We're excited to be at the heart of the upgraded End-of-Trip Facilities at No.1 Martin Place. This project focused on supporting healthy workplaces at No.1 Martin Place by providing premium, technology-enabled amenities. The Yellowbox smart locker system offers a seamless user experience, with self-booking available through our touchscreen kiosk. Users can access their lockers using their existing building access card, with a PIN setup as a secondary access method for post-shower locker access. Yellowbox also automates locker management for facilities teams, offering the flexibility to allocate locker banks to tenants along with dashboard access. This multi-layered control system caters to both tenant needs and centralised facility management. Last Friday we were incredibly honoured to have won the Digital Disruptor Award within the Young Entrepreneur Awards in Sydney. What do you do if you don’t have enough lockers for your employees?    A Tier-1 workplace had this challenge, of having space for only a 50% locker to employee ratio, therefore servicing 4,000 employees with just 2,000 lockers.    The Yellowbox locker system ensured all employees had access to a locker, for as long as they needed it (no compromises), whilst saving the workplace over 5,000 hours in manual locker management tasks. Firstly, the system is self-serve, so only users that need one, would access them (on average just under 70% of employees).   Next, the system implemented the “Use it or lose it” model, where users that had lockers for over 2, 3 and 4 weeks without opening them, would be sent an automated camping email. This would remind the user to either use the locker or release the locker back. This Yellowbox feature has saved over 300 emails per week for the workplace team and has kept locker utilisation between 70-90% capacity. This is the perfect mix of providing storage for employees who need and use it, whilst saving space within the workplace. On top of this, Yellowbox implemented an additional parcel locker solution, automating mailroom processes by sending automated emails to package receivers and access through existing RFID card or app instead of a PIN. This saved the workplace over 1,000 hours annually in manual mailroom processes. Canon, the multinational camera, printer and imaging company, were looking to upgrade their existing electronic locker system within their Sydney and Melbourne offices. The Fortune 500 company had installed the locker system half a decade ago, which was difficult to manage, being server-based and running on legacy software which couldn't be updated. Understanding the challenges faced by Canon, Yellowbox replaced and retrofitted the existing locker system with the Yellowbox wireless lock and cloud-based software.
