Richard has most recently been Principal of #RedeemerLutheranCollege where he enjoyed almost 2 years as Interim Principal. Prior to this he was with #IonaCollegeBrisbane for 7 years. Richard has worked in a diverse range of school environments in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Richard brings a unique perspective, having had the benefit of working within a variety of socio-economic, faith and education settings. As an educational leader, Richard has demonstrable skills in people, curriculum and school improvement. As a person Richard impresses as having natural curiosity and empathy which inform his coaching and leadership approach. He identifies authenticity, positivity and grace as his core values.
