Accounts Payable Specialist

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. You will have exposure This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
• Deal with reconciliations
• Extensive Accounts Payable with complex invoicing experience
• Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner
• Making international payments - mainly in USD
• Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience in a stand-alone AP role
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
• ERP systems experience such as MYOB, Xero or Pronto
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
