Our client is a key organszation within the fire and emergency services sector, dedicated to enhancing safety and resilience across the region.

About the Role

They are looking for an Admin/Project Officer to provide vital support during a 3-month transitional period. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, project coordination, and managing deliverables as they plan for the next phase of key projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with project planning and coordination
  • Maintaining documentation and tracking deliverables
  • Managing communications and scheduling meetings

About You
You will have:

  • Experience in administrative or project coordination roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the fire, emergency services, or government sectors is a plus
