Some of the things you will do in this role:
- Work accurately with detailed information; including data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, managing correspondence, collating data for report and under direction prepare a range of written communication.
- Invoice Reconciliation & Payments
- Course completion Bonus Payments:
- Manage internal post graduate program enrolments.
- Compiling and assisting with reports, statistical summaries and data sets, and other material as required
- Professional Membership query management.
- 12-18 months in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills to manage multiple systems simultaneousl
- Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks
- Keen investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Completion of Year 12
- Certificate in Business Administration or Bookkeeping
Whilst we are able to sponsor candidates here at RSM, we will be looking for permanent residents or citizens for this role.
