We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based either in Melbourne or Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a member of our Client Operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and technical support to our key internal stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to assist in various aspects of client service, including administration, data analysis, and developing relationships with our internal broker network. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the wider insurance industry and contribute to our success.
We will count on you to:
- Help in all aspects of client service to key internal stakeholders.
- Deliver accurate, efficient, and timely administration and technical support, including insurance placement documentation, invoicing, updating computer records, and premium funding documentation.
- Analyze and work with data to support decision-making processes.
- Develop effective working relationships with our internal broker network.
- Gain exposure to the wider insurance industry by liaising with Underwriters on behalf of the broker network.
What you need to have:
- Experience in office administration or contact center roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
