The Role:
Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for an Allied Health Team Manager to support our South/East team.

As a community Allied Health Team Manager, you will provide treatment to disabled, paediatric and elderly clients in their own environments and help lead a team of experienced Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour support practitioners, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists using a multi-disciplinary approach to care.
Responsibilities:
Support interdisciplinary team members at dedicated hub to meet business objectives.
Support interdisciplinary team members to develop skills and participate in hub culture
Promote business development objectives
Achieve key Performance Indicators
Requirements:
Tertiary education in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology
Registered with AHPRA or SPA
3+ years of experience working in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care – Home Care Package)
Proven experience in people management
Sincere passion for helping a diverse range of clients;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Superior customer service skills and ability to establish a genuine rapport with clients;
Current driver’s license.
