The Company

Our client, a market leading Investment Manager, has a reputation for being a true market leader in their class. Due to the growth of their business, they are currently seeking an Associate Director, Portfolio Risk Management to join their group.

The Role

Working in a team of talented property professionals, you will primarily be responsible for the Execution, Risk and Portfolio Management of key property investments.

Responsibilities:

• Execute key property investment transactions
• Partnering with the investment team and targeting borrower segments for the portfolio
• Review and analyse property debt and funding proposals
• Negotiate and 'close' deals in an highly effective manner
• Build and maintain strong long term relationships with borrowers and investors
• Be actively involved in the optimisation of business activities

Your Background

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in risk and portfolio management with a leading bank, NBFI or property fund. You will be a highly motivated self starter, with a strong knowledge of property markets and a natural ability to execute deals. With exceptional 'people' skills, you will also influence key stakeholders at all levels, whilst driving portfolio growth.
