Bookkeeper

Rae Recruitment are partnering with a boutique accounting firm, located in Malvern who are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to join their team.

This role would see you joining a team of 10 in total, working closely with the Partner's and another Bookkeeper. You would be responsible for providing end to end bookkeeping services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accounts payable & receivable
• Payroll
• Quarterly and month BAS preparation and lodgements
• Liaising with the ATO
• Invoicing clients
• Journal entries
• Preparation and reviewing of monthly reporting
• Fixed asset management and depreciations
• End of month reconciliations

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Bookkeeper
• Relevant Bookkeeping qualification
• Experience using MYOB would be highly regarded, however, not essential
• Ability to prioritise and manage client expectations
• Confident communicating with clients directly
