Davidson has proudly partnered with a leading financial institution to assist them in sourcing multiple Business Analysts to join a large-scale integration and implementation project.
About the Role
The project involves bringing 2 key parts of the business closer together (business bank and the Agri bank), by managing the integration of the CRM and the lending platform. This involves integrating the Salesforce CRM with the lending platform(nCino). It will appear to be an end-to-end CRM system which moves into a lending application.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the Transition: Play a central role in transitioning the Agri Bank to the Business Bank, ensuring a seamless and successful transformation.
process Mapping: Creating detailed process maps to understand and document both current and future state processes. Identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather comprehensive business and technical requirements. Ensuring that all requirements are well-documented and align with the project's goals.
Change Management: Developing and implementing change management strategies that ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Stakeholder Management: Engaging with key stakeholders across various levels of the organization. Building strong relationships and maintain clear communication to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed
About You
Significant previous expereince as a business analyst within banking and/or finance industries
nCino Technology experience is a must - Salesforce nice to have
Experience with creating end to end process maps to identify current state vs future state
Proven expereince in engaging with senior leadership teams
Expereince in lending processes
Experience with Agri banking (Advantageous)
Experience with Figma, Holocentric, Visio, JIRA, Confluence
