The opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in streamlining the ordering process for Advisers and Netwealth operators. This involves analysing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance overall productivity and client satisfaction. You will be expected to gather and document requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are accurately captured and effectively communicated to the development team.

You will gain a solid understanding of the advice process and the challenges that advisers face daily and will work on projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Your problem-solving and continuous improvement skills are crucial in this role. You will own problems, drive solutions with creativity, and handle competing priorities to meet stakeholders' needs.

Working in a hybrid team, you will collaborate with team members across different departments therefore clearly and concisely articulating complex ideas will be essential for success in this role.

About You

This role is key to bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions and requires someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to switch between competing priorities given the varied stakeholders.

  • Requirements gathering and documentation
