This organisation operates within the industrial sector and provides essential services and bespoke solutions to a broad customer base. Reporting to the CEO, and part of a small leadership team, you will play a key role in helping the business execute strategic initiatives. The role is broad with a focus on: -

• Leadership - drive and develop a high performing finance team and culture.
• Improve internal processes and controls.
• Work with Divisional Heads to ensure the best financial decisions are made.
• Partner with the CEO to help drive the business.
• Immerse yourself in the business and ensure risks are mitigated.
• Managing shareholders

You will be qualified (CA/CPA) and have gained broad career experience at both a Group and Divisional level. You will enjoy a challenge, be hands on and know when to pull yourself out of the weeds. The breadth of this role will demand strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
